The Lost Spaces Conference is aimed at reactivating spaces to rebuild communities in a sustainable way. The focus is to educate & empower neighbors, developers, urban planners, real estate professionals, policy makers , and everyone interested in learning creative approaches to practice  community development through real estate.

Developer Networking & Presentation Dinner
Location : Impact Hub Houston
Deals happen over dinner and this is one you won’t want to miss! Learn about some of Houston’s most exciting housing and commercial infill projects with investment potential. We’re helping local developers raise $1.25 million to build 50+ units across Houston’s inner city communities and inviting you to be a part of it....(see details).
This years conference is being curated to be more intimate and practical so we can mobilize quickly. Our time together will be spent strengthening relationships with attendees and professionals by actually practicing development techniques in a variety of workshops.
